{"id":5068,"date":"2023-08-29T11:48:15","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T09:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.embalajesterra.com\/blog\/?p=5068"},"modified":"2023-08-29T11:52:47","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T09:52:47","slug":"ds-smith-tecnicarton-presenta-la-tecnologia-de-laminado-max","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.embalajesterra.com\/blog\/ds-smith-tecnicarton-presenta-la-tecnologia-de-laminado-max\/","title":{"rendered":"DS Smith Tecnicarton presenta la tecnolog\u00eda de laminado MAX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este mes de agosto, la empresa fabricante de embalajes <strong>DS Smith Tecnicarton <\/strong>ha dado a conocer <em>MAX<\/em>, una tecnolog\u00eda de laminado que impulsa la reutilizaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad en embalajes de cart\u00f3n ondulado gracias al incremento de la resistencia y la optimizaci\u00f3n de su apilado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este \u00faltimo lanzamiento llamado MAX, la compa\u00f1\u00eda busca reforzar su compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la econom\u00eda circular, un proceso que se inicio en 2017 con la apertura de una planta en Tarragona especializada, desde el primer momento, en un proceso de laminado de planchas de cart\u00f3n ondulado. Tal y como manifiesta la empresa, desde ese momento, se ha invertido en cambios, mejoras y optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos productivos en busca de conseguir embalajes m\u00e1s resistentes, duraderos y f\u00e1ciles de manipular, que hagan posible su reutilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda MAX ha conseguido un formato de caja m\u00e1s fuerte, grande y resistente al lograr superponer hasta 10 capas de cart\u00f3n ondulado, mejorando los laminados de 6 ondas anteriores. Destaca en este sentido su embalaje Magnus-IBCKfraft que cuenta con una capacidad de 1.000 litros y resistencia de 10.000kg. La gran resistencia que ofrece esta tecnolog\u00eda ha permitido a la compa\u00f1\u00eda sustituir los embalajes de madera por otros de 100% cart\u00f3n en multitud de ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, MAX tambi\u00e9n ha conseguido dise\u00f1os m\u00e1s ergon\u00f3micos y plegables al estandarizar unos hendidos especiales de plegado. Esto se traduce en embalajes m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de montar, que ahorran espacio y que ayudan al retorno de los materiales para su reutilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por todo ello, este lanzamiento
